Growing up in the Welsh mountains surrounded by animals in North Wales, is where I began my journey into the love of working with animals! Over the years we kept many different animals from sheep, pigs, chickens, cats, exotic frogs and rabbits, as well as being surrounded by our neighbours dogs and horses.

In 2009 I graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc (Honours) Animal Behaviour and Welfare science degree. However my passion for animals fell into marine life, and then for 5 years I worked as a Marine Biologist all over the world studying the behaviour and communication of whales and dolphins. Furthermore, I also worked to implement legislation to help protect marine mammals whilst onboard ships in the oil, gas and renewables industries for a further 3 years.

In 2014 I made the move over to Ireland to where I now live in Screggan, Co.Offaly. Then in 2016, Offaly Pet Sitting Limited was born, and I was able to take a step back from the offshore marine industry to keep my feet firmly on dry land and go back to my roots of working with companion animals.

Today, pets are a firm part of everyones family! Just like you, I have my furry and not so furry family members; Our Cats, Chickens and exotic African Clawed frogs (of which have traveled with me all over the UK for 10 years), and not forgetting my gorgeous daughter Nina who has been visiting many of your pets with me since she was born, so is well on her way to becoming the next pet lover in the family!
