We believe in a force free ethos, so we allow the cat to choose whether to interact with us or not. By allowing the cat to make its own decisions, we find they are much more relaxed and more likely to want to spend quality time with their cat sitter.

Cats are sensitive pets. More often than not most cats react to changes in their environment, which can cause a change in behaviour, most commonly a stress response, such as inappropriate toileting, more vocal, decrease in appetite or change in affection.

 

We want to minimise any anxiety a cat may experience when owners leave for a length of time by keeping routines the same, allowing access to the same rooms, or allowing cats their regular outdoor freedom. With a regular cat sitter, your cat will learn to recognise and enjoy their company during each visit.
